By confirming a service booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts the service conditions, payment terms, and the payment amount for the ordered service. These terms and conditions apply to all transaction activities between you and Inbound Vietnam International Travel Co., Ltd. through the operating platform on the website
I. Refund and Cancellation Policy
In the event of a unilateral cancellation by the Customer, any costs incurred by Inbound Vietnam for the preparation of the Customer's service, including but not limited to consulting fees, documentation processing fees, and other costs related to contract performance, are non-refundable.
For urgent service bookings or those made close to the intended service commencement/application submission date, specific cancellation conditions may apply and will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of service confirmation.
II. Force Majeure
If the service program or application process is canceled or significantly altered by either party due to a force majeure event (such as fire, extreme weather, accident, natural disaster, war, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control), both parties shall be relieved of any obligation to compensate for losses incurred and shall bear no legal responsibility. However, each party is responsible for making best efforts to assist the affected party in minimizing losses caused by such force majeure.
III. Obligations of the Seller (Inbound Vietnam)
Provide complete and accurate information to traders and organizations providing e-commerce trading floor services when registering to use the service:
Name and head office address of the trader, organization or name and permanent residence address of the individual.
Number, date of issue and place of issuance of the business registration certificate of the trader, or number, date of issue and unit of issue of the establishment decision of the organization, or personal tax code of the individual. Phone number or another online contact method.
Provide complete information about services when offering them on the website:
Information about services
Information about prices
Information about general service conditions
Information about payment methods
Ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of information about services provided on the website.
Implement legal regulations on online promotional websites.
Provide information about your business situation when requested by a competent state agency to serve e-commerce statistical activities.
Comply with the provisions of law on payment, advertising, promotion, protection of intellectual property rights, protection of consumer rights and other relevant provisions of law when providing services on online promotional websites.
Fulfill all tax obligations according to the provisions of law.
IV. Customer Responsibilities
Pay in full and on time.
Avoid changing the scope or details of the service after signing the contract. If changes are necessary, the Customer may be responsible for any costs already incurred by Inbound Vietnam for the initially confirmed service.
Provide complete identification documents, passports, photos, and documents related to immigration procedures, in the correct format according to regulations.
Comply with local regulations and laws.
You have the right to evaluate, comment, give feedback, and complain if the service does not meet standards during contract implementation. The complaint instruction process is posted on Inbound Vietnam's website at
https://workpermitvietnam.com/ .The Customer agrees to allow Inbound Vietnam to store and use images and/or video clips taken during the service performance, with mutual agreement, for marketing and promotional purposes related to our services, without further compensation or complaint.
