Bank Information and Payment Terms for WorkPermitVietnam.com

The terms and conditions described below are an integral part of any agreement, oral or written, between Inbound Vietnam International Travel Company Limited (hereinabove referred to as Inbound Vietnam) and a client (referred to as “the Customer”), whether an individual or a legal entity.

In the absence of another specific agreement/contract between Inbound Vietnam and the Customer, all engagements are fully governed by these Terms and Conditions, which represent the commitment to purchase our consulting services.
 

1. Deposits & Payment Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required upon confirmation of service engagement. Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the anticipated application submission date or as otherwise specified in your service agreement.

 

In some specific cases, we may accept payment upon the commencement of service delivery. Accordingly, the Customer must pay the remaining amount on the first day of service provision. In case of non-compliance with this commitment without the prior consent of Inbound Vietnam, Inbound Vietnam reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service without refunding the deposit paid by the Customer.

Upon receipt of a deposit or balance payment, Inbound Vietnam will issue a receipt and send it to the Customer via email, fax, or provide it in person at Inbound Vietnam’s office.

 

 

2. Payment Method

The Customer can choose from the following payment methods:

2.1 Bank Transfer to IVN’s bank account:

  • ACCOUNT NAME: INBOUND VIETNAM INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED

  • ACCOUNT CURRENCY: VND

  • BANK NAME: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank)

  • BANK BRANCH: Vietcombank Transaction Center, Hanoi

  • BANK ADDRESS: 55 – 57 Le Hong Phong street, Dien Bien ward, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi city, Vietnam

  • ACCOUNT NUMBER: 0991000052012

  • SWIFT/IBAN: BFTV VNVX

2.2 One Pay payment gateway: The Customer can pay by credit card via a secure online payment system (a 3.5% service charge is applied to Visa/Master cards; a 4.5% service charge is applied to AMEX cards).

2.3 Cash: Cash payments can be made at Inbound Vietnam’s office or with persons officially designated by Inbound Vietnam. In this case, no additional fee is required.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

At Inbound Vietnam, we strive to minimize cancellation penalties for our clients, but we must adhere to the cancellation policies related to the services provided by our partners and the costs incurred for processing. Below is our general cancellation policy for consulting services:

  • Cancellation from date of confirmation up to 30 to 7 days before the anticipated application submission date: Only the deposit is forfeited as processing fees.

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the anticipated application submission date or no-show/non-engagement: A charge of 100% of the total service amount will apply.

Please note: Non-refundable deposits and banking service fees will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
